Due to the current crisis Australia Post is experiencing some delays so please allow a few extra days for your orders to arrive.
Please note, your tracking number may take up to 24 hours to become valid in the Australia Post system.

What is your shipping policy?
All orders are shipped with Australia Post eParcel.
We provide free EXPRESS postage for orders over $50 in Australia.
We charge a flat rate fee of $7 to orders under $50.
A flat rate fee of $10.00 will be charged for express postage for orders under $50.
Orders placed between Monday - Friday EST will begin processing that day. Products will be shipped the day the order was placed or the next day depending on order volumes, unless payment confirmation is delayed.
Purchases made on Fridays after 1pm, Saturdays or Sundays will not be sent until the following Monday.
Purchases made on public holidays will be sent the next following working day.
We ask you to please be patient while waiting for your Lou Lou Lips order as it can take up to 10 working days.
What is your returns and exchange policy?
Due to health regulations lipsticks which have been used cannot be returned or exchanged, if the item is faulty however, please contact us and we will do our best in assisting you.
Exchanges or returns will be posted at the shoppers own expense.
